Momo Infinitech Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us") operates the Momo Space application ("App") for IoT device monitoring, energy analytics, and smart device management. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following information:
- Account Information: Email address, password (encrypted with AES-256-CBC), nickname, profile photo
- Device Information: Device model, operating system, Device ID (UUID), FCM token for push notifications
- IoT Device Data: Sensor readings, energy consumption data, device status, alarm logs, device MAC addresses
- Usage Data: Login times, session data, language preferences
- Camera & Photo Library: Only when you choose to change your profile photo or attach images to support tickets
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide real-time IoT device monitoring services
- Display energy analytics and trend charts
- Send push notifications when devices go offline or alarm thresholds are exceeded
- Manage user sessions and secure accounts
- Improve App performance and develop new features
- Provide customer support through the ticket system
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:
- Third-Party Service Providers: Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for push notifications
- Legal Obligations: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Device Administrators: Users granted access to the same IoT devices
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with the following protections:
- Passwords encrypted with AES-256-CBC before transmission
- All communications over HTTPS/TLS
- IoT data encrypted with AES-256-CBC via MQTT
- Token-based authentication with session management
- PIN/Biometric lock for app access
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion by contacting us at the email below. Upon deletion, personal data will be removed within 30 days. Aggregated sensor data may be retained for analytics purposes.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request account and data deletion
- Withdraw Consent: Disable notifications or camera/photo library permissions
- Data Portability: Request export of your data
8. Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such data.
9. Third-Party Services
Our App uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): For push notifications — subject to Google's Privacy Policy
- Apple Push Notification Service: For iOS notifications — subject to Apple's Privacy Policy

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on the App or website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
