What finding out late costs
Vaccines that leave 2–8°C are written off by the batch, and the loss has to be reported.
Some drugs cost many times the monitoring kit; losing one batch pays for preventing it.
A compressor trips overnight or over a holiday, and the whole room is gone before anyone knows.
They ask for the temperature history. Missing or broken records mean a failed inspection.
Fridge #2 jumps every day from 09:00 to 11:00, matching dispensing hours — open it less, or keep a separate fridge for daily stock
- Each unit shows its current reading and the range it must hold, such as 2 ~ 8 °C
- The strip beside each unit places the current reading against that range
- The small light on top is the AlarmBox at the unit — green is normal
- The rows below show device status and the temperature log sent out each day

A temperature sensor in every fridge and cold room, logged continuously to the cloud, with a LINE alert as a reading leaves its range and an AlarmBox light and buzzer at the unit.

The AlarmBox flashes and sounds so whoever is on site knows, phone or no phone.

A button on the unit stops the alarm and records who responded and when, ready for review.
Ready for inspection
Through a power cut or a dropped connection the device keeps measuring and storing, then uploads the missing stretch once it is back.
Pull any period back out for your paperwork or hand it straight to an inspector.

Every fridge and cold room, the range each has to hold, and the WiFi coverage on site.

Sensors placed where they measure what matters, readings checked, certificates issued if you need them.
- 03Set thresholds and alert groups
Ranges per unit, the early warning point, the team's LINE group and the report schedule.
- 04Support afterwards
Annual MA, remote and on-site support, and recalibration on the agreed cycle.

Questions about this system
Do you have to drill into the fridge?
Usually not — the sensor cable runs past the door gasket. Our engineers check each model on site before installing.
If the power or the internet goes out, is data lost?
No. The device has its own battery backup and keeps measuring and storing; when the connection returns it uploads the missing stretch, so the record has no gaps.
Does it cover −20°C freezers?
Yes. The sensors read from −55°C to +80°C at ±0.5°C, covering fridges, freezers and cold rooms alike.
Do you provide calibration certificates?
Yes — calibration with a certificate, for hospital work or anything that has to show one. Mention it when you ask for a quote.
Can we see several branches at once?
Yes. Every branch sits in one system, viewed together or separately, and access can be limited so each branch sees only its own units.
