Questions about this system
How much upkeep do the sensors need?
Water-quality probes need cleaning and recalibration on a cycle that depends on the effluent. We set that cycle in the MA contract and the system reminds you when it is due.
Is automatic blower control safe?
Limits are set around it — minimum and maximum run times — and manual control is always available. If the connection drops, the equipment falls back to the schedule already set on it.
Can it measure COD or BOD?
What we install measures pH, DO, EC and level continuously. COD and BOD still need samples sent for analysis, but the continuous data shows the trend before the lab result arrives.
Can the data be filed with the authorities?
It supports the paperwork — continuous records, exportable for any period. Legally certified results still have to come from an accredited laboratory.
