Smart Generator
“The power fails, and the generator doesn't start”
Battery dipped to 21.4 V on the test start, 9% lower than last month — replace it before the next test
- The supply path: utility and generator through the ATS to the load
- Fuel level now, with a bar for what is left in the tank
- Battery voltage and accumulated run hours
- Whether the set is ready on standby
Figures on this screen are illustrative; a real one shows readings from your own site.
What you see
- The starter battery wears out and nobody notices
- Fuel runs low or is siphoned off, found out only when it's needed
- No one knows the run hours have reached the service interval
What we do
Fuel level, battery voltage, engine and ATS status and run hours all watched, with a LINE alert the moment anything is off.
How it works
Battery voltage, engine and ATS status, run hours and fuel level
Reads the controller over Modbus and sends it up over WiFi or a 4G SIM
Test-run history and readings kept on servers in Thailand
Momosight compares each test start and spots a battery weakening before the day it is needed
Readiness of every set, at every site, on one screen
LINE when a reading is off, and a reminder when run hours reach the service interval
What it does
The level now, and any fall that shouldn't be happening — like one while the set is idle.
Voltage at rest and during a test start, so the trend shows before a failure to start.
Whether power is coming from the grid or the set, and when the ATS changed over.
Hours accumulated, with a reminder at the interval you set.
Every run logged with its readings — evidence the set is maintained.
Organisations with sets in several places see them all together.
Devices used in this system
Prices are per set; how many you need depends on the site.
Where it fits
Backup that cannot fail
Readiness that has to be provable
Backup for lifts and fire systems
Sites with nobody on hand
Lines that cannot stop
Where test records are required
How we work with you
- 01Survey the set
The engine, its controller and communication ports, and the fuel tank.
- 02Install and test
Wire the controller signals, fit what is needed, and prove it with a real start.
- 03Thresholds and PM
Fuel and battery limits, hours to service, and the engineering team's LINE group.
- 04Support afterwards
Annual MA with remote and on-site support.

Questions about this system
Which generators does it work with?
Any whose controller offers Modbus or status contacts. Tell us the engine and controller models and we will check before quoting.
Does measuring fuel mean cutting the tank?
It depends on the tank and the sensor. Many tanks already have a fitting; our engineers assess it and propose an approach that leaves the tank intact.
What if there is no internet there?
There are 4G SIM versions, which suit plant rooms and telecom sites where WiFi does not reach.
Does it help with the monthly test run?
Yes. Every run is logged with the readings from it, which serves as the record that the test happened and the set was fit to use.
