What you see

  • A misread meter, and a tenant disputing the bill
  • A whole day lost to reading meters and working out charges
  • Bills go out late, so payment comes in late too

What we do

Water and power meters in every room read themselves; the system works out the charges, issues the bill and sends it to each tenant on LINE.

What you get: No more meter rounds, bills based on what the meter actually measured, and in the tenant's hands the moment they are issued.
Fits: Dormitories · Apartments · Serviced apartments

Questions about this system

Can it use the meters already installed?

Yes, if they give a pulse output or speak Modbus. Old disc meters have to be replaced with ones that can be read online.

Can it cut power to a room in arrears?

What we install reads meters, works out the charges and sends the bills. Cutting and restoring power per room needs extra hardware and a design of its own — ask us and we will assess it.

Can tenants see their own usage?

The bill sent over LINE states the units and the period they cover. Managers can open the per-room history in the system.

How long does a building take?

It depends on the room count and the panels. Buildings of 30 to 50 rooms are usually done within a few working days; we confirm the schedule at the survey.
